Panchakarma

There are five main systems to cleanse the body of toxins. This way all the systems are detoxified. Before Panchakarma there is another method known as Poorvakarma. Pizhichill

It is a special Kerala method of Ayurvedic treatment where warm oil is poured all over the body. Medicated oil is necessary for this treatment.
